What is the best way to respond to PR emails
that you are interested in? When they send the general form email and say call or email if interested what is the best approach, especially when wanting to do a review and/or giveaway?

I've always just replied back in an email and requested a sample and one to give away. Most of the time they will have already offered it in that first email, but I always insist on trying something before I blog about it. I don't want to recommend anything to my readers that I wouldn't personally use.
