Ever Get to the End of the Internet?

Or at least feel like it?

Sometimes I'm just in the mood to surf. I breeze through my usual sites, look for new ones, find nothing...and then it hits me. I've reached the end of the internet.

Well, not really, but with so many great sites out there, why is it so hard to find quality stuff to read? Is it because there is so much garbage out there we have to weed through?

Oh it is the question I think we all ask ourselves. I feel like I have hit a wall many times when I can't seem to find anything new. Many times I will go to my 'usual' blogs and sites and then go through the blog roll or must reads through them to try and find new topics. Sometimes I find a gem, but more times I find exactly what I have already read, just a different site.

There are many times I am afraid I will eventually fall into that stump and be just another read of no interest.

I'm afraid of the same - that's why I've really made an effort to update my food blog 3-5 times a week. I can't do it everyday, but I figure if they are good posts with good pictures my readers won't mind. I hope they don't mind. Some of my favorite blogs don't get updated daily, but I still come back to them because of the good content.

If you install and use the StumbleUpon.com toolbar you will never run out of places to go. That's what I use when I want to browse but have already checked my fav sites! Plus they let you rate sites as yes I like this or no I dont. You know, show me more like this. Whatever, and you can pick specific types of websites to visit, like sites labeled as parenting sites, blogs, whatever. It's pretty neat.

That's the only reason I go to bed at night, LOL. SERIOUSLY!!

My big internet time is in the evenings when everyone is in bed. I sit in the bed (so I'm there with Hubby like he likes, LOL) and blog, read blogs, browse my fave sites.

When I've went through my "routine" and there's nothing left to read, then I go to bed. I'm such a night owl and am sure I suffer from Insomnia.

It sure feels like it somedays! That's why I'm always happy to find sites like this to connect with new bloggers. And I second stumble upon but man, you can stumble forever!
