Hello ladies,

I'm just like you, a blogger/business owner that's looking to get more traffic to my blog. I've struggled with this in the past.  I've been investing a lot of time and money into this. Luckily, in the past 12 months, I've learned a few things along the way.

HI,

I know it is really disappointing when we see such results, As fro money aspect of it, yeah its business. But if you are ready to work hard, you can do it yourself! Why don't your try?

I trued the same thing with my website on PARENTING AND BABY GENDER PREDICTORS.

It does take time but you do get results. 

Lemme tell you, once you see a difference in a graph- you will experience the first gush of happiness for your website. Enjoy it!

Hi Lisa,

Here is one of the tips that I can share with so you can have more website traffic to your website. Try to publish a relevant content. In order to create quality, know the exact keywords that your reader might search online with phrases like "electrical engineering in Detroit," or "Chicago Tech degrees". There are free tools online: 

• Google Trends;
• Keyword Shitter;
• AdWord & SEO Keyword Permutation Generator;
• Answer the Public;
• Google Correlate;
• Keywords Everywhere;
• Wordtracker Scout;
• Google Search Console

Also if you want to deeply understand how it works, watch their tutorials on Youtube on how to use it so and familiarize its functions.

Hello Lisa,

Well for a starter, ranking on Google takes a while. There something called "google sandbox" this is where Google puts your site "under the scope" to get to know your content better and categorize it. This takes up to 6months. Yup! 6 good months. However, this should not deter you from writing and link building. I have personally seen blogs get traffic and sales in their first three months of launch.

How can you link build?

• Create quality blog posts-Of late Google values content that gives a solution to readers. If your content is engaging and adds value, more people from your niche will automatically want to engage you through guest posts and even inviting you to their blogs.
• Guest posts-So far this is the method I have seen work albeit slowly. You connect with people in your niche, you write an article with a link embedded in it and they post it on their blog. In return, both of you have a backlink.
• Blog commenting-When a blog is written, there is a comment section. Here you are able to input your name, website URL and a comment. I would insist that you comment on a relevant blog to show the owner you did read his/her blog and not doing it to get a backlink
• Directories-There are those that don't charge to have your blog cannot remember the names as of now

These among other will contribute to getting links and traffic to your blog. Also use social platforms like facebook, twitter, Instagram and Pinterest -more of a search engine
