Take a break. When it's no fun for you, it's no fun for the readers. Take a couple of days off, possibly bring in some guest posts, and surf other blogs and see what others are writing about.

Read the news from around the world, think about what you really love and what your goals are for your blog and jot down some ideas that you might want to write about. Do a little research.........

Hi Janel! Yes I do, that is why I try to blog only when I feel like it. I may even lapse a week or so at a time depending on how busy I am.

I am in a "rut" right now. Mainly because I feel like I'm in a bit of a rut in my own life which I think truly does affect ones blogging. I feel like well, my readers don't want to hear about how many diapers I changed that day or whatever. My days are filled with babies and boogers lately. LOL seriously! So I am having trouble blogging. I need help bringing it back alive!

I'm getting there...the rut that is. Honestly I think my girl's weekend away coming up in a few weeks will be the recharge I need, and probably full of blog fodder.

I just gave myself a boost by just cleaning up my sidebars, they were getting out of hand for me (let alone my readers).

OH, this is all great advice. I also think it is the summer time. I am finding so many of my fave bloggers expressing the same feeling and taking huge breaks.

I was thinking this week of spending some time reading some of my favorite blogs and then linking up to them. That will give me a break and also some inspiration.

When I first started blogging, I spent a huge amount of time reading other blogs and now just to maintain mine, I don't get the chance to get out there and read other blogs. :( So, I think I miss that.

And life is just too dang busy, ya know?
