I just wrote a post about the illusions of multi-tasking. I confessed that multi-tasking can leave me feeling like I'm simply under-performing in several areas--all at once.
What is your experience? Do you think you can "have it all" without some price along the way?
Here is my post:

I am proud to say that I am great at multi-tasking. In fact, I feel like I'm not living up to my potential when I'm not doing it. However, it does get exhausting at times, and this will burn you out quickly if you don't take the time to breathe and remember your priorities. Five years of being a WAHM has taught me to properly juggle the tasks I'm faced with daily, or I will just end up with more work than I started with. It takes a lot out of you, so remember to give time for yourself each day.
