I am sitting here over weight and thinking is this really baby weight or is this real life weight? I mean is that an excuse to keep eating cookies and blaming the baby? I don't know!!! All I do know is that it is here and I am wanting it not to be. So I am starting on a weight loss program, but the truth is that it is hard to be super diligent about exercising and staying super on track when you have 2 babies( mine are 16 months and newborn). I mean it is not like I am training for a marathon, but is can be challenging to get out there everyday... Any tips, tell us about your trials with losing weight...
