Blog Mentor

I am new to this site and i'm new to blogging. I am looking to find a blog mentor, i haven't yet launched my site and have trouble with some technical and business side of things. I have a vision for what i want to do just need someone to talk to that can send me in the right direction. If you know anyone who does this or another site that can be of help please let me know.
