I need to learn to rest LOL. When I did yoga I was very aware I was tense tense tense the opposite of rest .

BTW I didn't see where I could comment on your blog not sure if you have that or not I would have posted this there :) We must be similar we have two of the same buttons on our blog :) And I'm originally from MI although I've lived in Vegas for the past 15 years.http://mompreneurmogul.blogspot.com/
