I've been following the latest and somewhat controversial topic of High Fructose Corn Syrup and my personal belief is that it is a contributor to many sicknesses and health factors specifically weight gain.

I have created a fan page on Facebook called "The HFCS-Free Challenge" and I would like to invite you to become a fan and join the challenge if you wish.

The challenge starts April 19th through May 31st, 2010 (6 weeks) of choosing consumables that do not have HFCS on the label. I encourage you to post pictures of foods that have HFCS that you've been used to eating and what products you are now eating that do not have HFCS in them.

Note: I am only asking you to control what it is your bring into your home. I know you cannot control what you eat at someone else's house or better yet, what you eat when you go to eat. 

I would like to bring further awareness about this topic - HFCS. If anyone wants to jump on my band wagon, I welcome you.
