Hi lovely mommy bloggers!  I recently started an instagram loop giveaway account.  If you've never done a loop giveaway, here are the basics. 

A loop giveaway is chain style promotion with anywhere from 15-50 participants looking to gain Instagram followers. The participants pool money together towards a prize, which is usually either cash, a gift card, or a large prize. Loop giveaways typically run for 72 hours and the winner is selected randomly through random.org.

To start the contest, the participants all post the same prize image and script on their Instagram accounts at the exact same time. To enter the contest, the entrants must "follow" each participant in the loop and also "like" each contest post.

Each participant has a "tag buddy" listed in their script so that the entrant knows which account to follow next. The tag list is determined by the host and distributed to the participants before the start of the giveaway. The entrant has to follow all accounts and once the entrant ends up at the account where he or she started, the loop is completed and the entrant has officially entered the contest. It doesn't matter where in the loop the entrant starts or ends, as long as the loop is completed (all shops followed & all contest posts liked).
