I would any day prefer a hand written thank you note... Emails or any kind of technology can never match up to the feelings that a hand written note can convey. The power of personal touch will never fade away and will always symbolise a true sense of belongingness.

Hand written thanks are way better. They say you actually took the time to think of the person. Sending an email, thank you is really impersonal I feel

I still prefer to write and receive a hand written note. It's so much more personal.
