There's actually been a big uproar about this. If there was an update, a lot of people didn't get in on it (that should have)

I saw lots of threads in various webmaster forums about the update. I noticed my PR increased from a 5 to a 6, but I don't know when it happen.

I don't worry about PR, because Google told us not to. :-P
