I was reading an essay today in a really, really good book about a mom who is trying to teach her daughter that being too attached to money and material possessions is unhealthy because what happens if one day you lose it all. Of course, that made me think about blogging and I asked myself could I stop blogging today and be content. My answer is no.

What about you? Could you stop blogging today and be totally content with your decision?

I love my blog! It's like a scrapbook only better. And it's very theraputic for me.
Absolutely not, which is one of the reasons I cannot give up any of my blogs and have too much work as a result.
Attached at the hip! Or, should I say, LAP as in laptop.
No, I've become really attatched to my blog, and it's been a fun outlet, great therapy, and a wonderful place to meet friends and socialize. It's my fourth child. I couldn't drop it today.
I don't think I could! I am pretty attached to it!
HELL no. Never. Unless, you know, I lost my hands in a freak grilling accident. Even then I'd probably learn to type through a straw.
I'm way too attached to stop! It's hard though when people read into your words and now my kids have found my blog, so I feel like I have to sensor everything I write. I liked it better when nobody knew who I was. I blogged for myself, it's different now.
I have tried before, but I always come back. I just can't help myself. I've been doing this since 2003. It's just not something easily given up!
There's an enormous amount of pressure for my blog to be perfect right now and the diva arteeseeest in me gets freaked out and wants to delete it and run away. You have to have a wackadoo mindset to understand what I'm saying here. My entire future career is partly riding on the blog. NO pressure or anything.

Because I've been blogging so long now and it's a part of my life, I started a secret anonymous blog where I write without thinking. There's no pressure to be clever or funny. I just write what I'm feeling. I truly enjoy that style of blogging. That's why I got into blogging and what made me fall in love with the process.

So no, I couldn't just walk away from blogging. I'll always have a blog floating around out there somewhere.
No. No. No. There is no way I could stop blogging and be content. When I don't blog for a couple days I really feel like I'm going through withdrawl symptoms! I'm addicted there's no ifs ands or buts about it!
No. If I don't blog for a day I really feel lost LOL
No. I tried to stop blogging twice and didn't last more than a couple of weeks. I seriously had withdrawals and couldn't keep away from the blogging world.
