I read mine through the blogger dashboard! When I follow a blog it updates on the dashboard. never miss a beat!

I have the same problem... being a working mom, not all the time can I read all the blogs I have followed. But Google Reader is one way of speeding things up. =) Organize the blogs to your liking and you will be one step ahead.

I tried going through my blog roll before but some of them are not updated so most of the time I keep visiting the site with no updates. :(

Google reader is a really great tool. Getting used to it and browsing on it 2-3 hours a day would be enough. ;)

I'm also a Google Reader girl. Blogs are organized by category into folders so I don't go crazy. I also use the Google homepage (iGoogle) so all of the headlines of my top blogs show up on my home page whenever I go online. I do try keep up with everyone, even if it's only popping in once or twice a month to check in. Twitter help a lot.

I add the feeds of the blogs I follow to my reader. That way I can comment on all of them when I open my email program :)

I make it a point to read at least three followers a day until I get to read them all, then do it all over again... :P
