Most of my personal blogs aren't so hot right now, but I do ghost write for successful bloggers and the biggest tip I have for you is to write regularly, and know who your target audience is. Write directly to them about what they're interested in.

Blogspot blog :I visited your blog, and immediately got 3 pop-ups. This could actually be the reason your blog is not as successful as you want it to be, I had this problem when I first started, but quickly got it fixed when someone pointed it out to me. When you go to your blog through the editing section, you may not even view these pop-ups, but outsiders do. This usually causes the viewer to immediately exit the page, which will leave you with 1 to 2 second views, and less followers. For me it is all about being consistant, I write 3 days per week, when I wrote more I had a lot more success but blogging is something I just do for fun so 3 days if good for me. Writing more would be my recommendation. Also SEO, I love the SEO that wordpress does automatically I get tons of traffic through word searches. Best wishes!

I've been very blessed I've won numerous awards, featured in the Wall Street Journal and more.

Content is important.

Be yourself. Add your personality into everything you do.

Try to post 2-3 times a week. But if you don't have anything to say don't just fill the time. 

Create a better design. The minute they hit your page it should really be a very cool experience so I would work on making it more visually appealing.

Keep blogging, don't get discouraged ;)

It does take a lot of work to be successful. Get guest bloggers to fill in when you can't. It will help get your SEO going better too to bring in more traffic. I agree on making your blog exciting to visit in appearance too. Good luck!  ;)
