I would NOT be happy if a company used a pic of me and my kids without my permission.

As if J.Lo and Marc Anthony need any more cash flow coming their way, they're suing, and we mean suing U.K.-based stroller company Silver Cross for using a pic in an ad of the couple pushing their twin celebritots in one of the company's strollers, without permission! The nerve!

So what about you? Would you be mad? Mad enough to file a major lawsuit? I don't know about the major lawsuit, but I'm not a celeb. However, I would NOT be happy if a company used a pic of me and my kids without my permission.

I wouldn't like it one bit, even if I loved their product. They have to ask for permission first! I don't know how celebrities deal with that kind of stuff, it's just so crazy!

Permission would be required. I mean I would be flattered if they wanted to feature my kiddies but at least ask first.

I would be upset, especially if the company was trying to make money off of the picture. I guess it depends on the situation whether I'd take legal action.

I wouldn't be pleased about that either. I wouldn't go ape and sue anyone over it but J.Lo and Mark do photo ops and such to make money for themselves and their kids (like they need more money! LMAO!) but that was very unprofessional of the company to use thier photos w/o permission. BUT then again...they ARE in the public eye. Hmm...I don't really know about it. I just know that I, being a normal person, would not be happy about it for me....a normal person! lol
