New blogger looking to get followers/comments increased

Hi all,
I am new to the blog world.  I have had a company turn  me down to do reviews because my following is not diverse enough. I am hoping to have 100 followers in a month.
 Can I get some help, please?

Also, looking for other bloggers to follow....let's help each other out
