I've been trying to figure this out myself! I'm not sure I understand the paid ads thing.

to me it seems like a lot of work w/ out much in return. I am thinking about cancelling mine.

I took mine down. It was great in the beginning but honestly, if I want paid ads on my blog there are much better ways to go about it than this method. I think they've missed the mark!

This new paid ad bit is very confusing. I was getting TONS of requests. I went in and changed my settings to include only those in my category but I'm still getting non related ads!

If this keeps up, I'm just going to drop out of the program.

I just found out about Entrecard's new paid ads when I logged in the other day. I really wanted to support the effort. I didn't take too much away from what I already have with them anyway but after reading a few articles (both pro and con) and reading a few threads about it on the Entrecard's forums, I'm ready to quit.

I had submitted a ticket regarding unapproved ads that are still cycling through my widget but haven't heard back from anyone yet. I'll give them until Sunday then I'm taking my widgets out too. Like Krista said on a previous comment to this thread, the little traffic that comes from Entrecard was never of any quality anyway. They always just drop and run.

sounds like most are not happy w/ it, I think I am going to pull mine down too, I changed it to just blog ads that aren't paid and they are still showing on mine too.

What a mess it's become-- it used to be a great tool, now it's a spam filled mess. I took mine down too.
