One of the bloggers I follow just announced she's done blogging. Like permanently done blogging. At least for now. And her blog didn't have a small following. And what I found interesting is that all of her reasons for stopping right now match the realities that I believe most of us face. I mean, if you're a mom, your time commitments are going to be tight no matter what.
And it got me to thinking about what a fast-paced world this blogging-vehicle travels at. I mean, some of the blogs I follow post numerous posts a day. I tend to post a few times a week depending on what's going on in my life...but I also have a small following still.
So I was curious, anyone going to be taking a blogging break this summer to avoid burnout? Would you mind sharing strategies you use to get the break you need to keep blogging? Do others pre-write and schedule posts to sneak in time-off that way?
Thanks in advance for your input.

I'm definitely not going to take a break, because I nééd blogging to keep me on an even reel! And especially during Summer Vacation, when the kids are home áll the time, blogging is a much needed lifeline.
That, and the fact that I want to become professional blogger, are my reasons to blog along.
