Can anyone tell me if there is a surefire way to figure out if an offer from a company is valid or invalid?  I have been blogging for close to two years now and probably in the last 8-10 months, my traffic has picked up considerably.  A portion of the visitors are invariably companies whose representatives email me with offers of some kind or another in exchange for advertising or reviews on my blog. 

Some of the offers I receive are clearly bogus and I hit the delete button even before finishing the email message, while others are probably very valid.  However, as someone who does not blog "professionally," many times I am left questioning whether or not I should take advantage of the offers placed before me.  Some of them seem pretty decent....
