This is something I have to work hard at! I have a workout schedule and am good at keeping it but if my eating is off track, I don't get what want. If I eat a "not so good for me" meal, I make sure that my next meal is a "good for me" meal. I try to drink enough water.
Each day is a conscious decision to be better! I do meal prep, mind portions and give myself the freedom to have the "fun" meals here and there. Sometimes one bite of something sweet is more than enough :)
I eat healthy most days unless I am super stressed or have earned a cheat meal.
