I am not new to blogging but sold my old blog/domain name and took a year off and am back again but I am confused about the major differences that are showing as far as traffic.

I have a WP blog and the Jet Pack has stats (but doesn't seem to show uniques or am I looking at it wrong) then I have the free version of site meter. I had my first busy day last Thursday Jet Pack is showing 268 views but site meter is showing 12! I am totally confused.

According to Jet Pack I had:
139 referrals from one blog
2 pinterest
2 FB
8 search engine
1 from another blog

So would that mean 152 uniques? viewing 268 pages???

Please help! I thought site meter was accurate before, now I am confused.
