Politics! Although, admittedly, I've been tempted lately. But I know that's not what people are coming to read, so I stay off the topic. Plus, it's such a heated area... I don't want to invite vitriol.

I probably shouldn't talk about sex either, since my ENTIRE family reads... but sometimes I do anyways ;-)

Politics, religion, and sex would definitely top my list. I've seen plenty of nastiness in the knitting community regarding politics this year to even be tempted to go there!

My boyfriends psycho ex-wife and her family. They read my blog (Thank goodness for Site meter), and it infuriates me, but I have to live with it.. ~growls~

I don't talk about politics, I read the responses and its for what many may think is odd. However I don't know what the future holds for me, I may decide to run for some sort of office or something and my views on something may change however once it is out there for the world to see you can't take it back and one thing I learned over the last year is if you have ever changed your mind it can be used against you. So I figure if I leave it out of anyplace public it won't haunt me if I change my mind after receiving more information.

I don't talk about a few other things that go on in the house, I don't want a pitty party on my blog so I don't post it.

Sex.
Sex with my husband.
I will never refer to it. Talk about it. Or heaven forbid DESCRIBE it.
Although I have seen other blogs that do this.....which is an immediate UN subscribe.

I am not a prude.
But I just think some things should not be for other entertainment.

I talk politics and other controversial things like my ANTI-DOOCE letter. Yeah that was fun. But sex? Nope.

No politics. It gets people too riled up and that is NOT the focus of my blog. Nothing too personal, no religion, nothing embarrassing to my family (my children and many family members read it!), and very little negativity. I am not a negative person anyway, but my goal for my blog is to personalize my business by giving a sneak peek into my studio, my creative process, my home life and I how integrate everything and also provide tips for fellow lampworkers and jewelry artists.
