I absolutely LOVE Twitter. Mostly, I use it to network. I meet some great people during Twitter chats. 

I'm really too lazy to do something because I felt I had to :) lol. I truly enjoy my time on Twitter and sharing info and links. 

You can use it however you want. People use pics because tweets with pics, graphics, etc have been analytically proven to get the most impressions (Retweets and Clicks).

Hrm okay good to know! I'm going to try to get into it, personally I don't overly enjoy FB so hopefully this will be my thing!

One more question.. when linking to a post I want to share, do I just type the url? I noticed in my feed with others, they have the short form url of whatever they're linking to and then an image below. When I tried it today it just posted the link and no picture (sorry I'm trying to explain it the best I can haha). Do I have to type the link out plus uplaod an image? 

God, I sound so old trying to figure this out! lol silly new technology. Thank you!

If you schedule a tweet, a link with pic usually comes up.

If you are just tweeting something live, you should add an image.

When you type a URL, Twitter decides what it should be shortened to, unless you have a short-form URL already.
