Weird giveaway entry person
So, I just got an email saying I had a new comment on my giveaway, except the comment didn't follow the contest rules. I followed the link back to this person's blogger account, and apparently this person must, like, enter contests incorrectly for a hobby or something.

The blog is even weird as crap.
There are a ton of comments from giveaway bloggers telling this person that they are entering incorrectly & to cut it out, yet I got my comment today.
I sort of feel inducted into giveaway bloggers more officially now. lol.
But seriously, what do you guys make of this? Just someone that's REALLY bored, REALLY dumb, testing us to weed out the bad entries, or what?
I thought it was a bit creepy.
Anyway, I'm deleting that comment off the giveaway.
I did a quick google search & didn't see where this had been discussed before, but it seems to be a bit of an issue.

Oh no. This person has just struck my blog. I was reading the comments in the other blog... she actually won something but did not leave anything so she lost it lol.

I would report the blog as spam...I just did but I think it takes a bunch. If you're logged in to a blogger.com account it will say on the top left "Report Spam" Hope that helps!!

I get tons of crazy entries! I think it's just part of it. I remember seeing a Wife Swap (or that type of show) where one of the families were contest junkies for a living. Neither spouse had jobs and that is what they did all day!
You can kind fo tell the people who are mass entering contests by odd or incorrect comments. And people will set up blogs or twitter accounts just to say they've tweeted or blogged about it. I've got people entering that they tweeted the contest but their account has no followers or maybe 4! It counts, I guess...they tweeted it! It would make the contest rules a little more complicated if you included rules to weed those out so we gotta deal with them somethimes.
