I'm planning to offer another weekly giveaway linky on my blog and was wondering if bloggers who are more savvy about page rank and SEO could weight in.  Which do you think is better for a regular giveaway linky - publishing a new post for the new linky each week, or having a dedicated page where you just refresh the linky every week?

I like the simplicity of just having a page since the URL will always be the same, but posts go out on my syndicated feed and get reposted by my triberr network so I feel like it has a lot more reach.  Does either way have an impact on page rank or SEO?
