Excellent!
I started mine because a friend of mine had read an instragram post I had written and told me I should write a blog. I thought about it for a while and finally decided to go with it. I like to write things that people can relate to and laugh at for the most part, some things are a little more serious but I like to keep it lite.
Perfect. I was told to share my stories too. Funny how things start.
I started my mom blog after failing to find other personal blogs written by work-at-home moms in professional fields (e.g. not marketing and sales, not making money from blogging, and not advice columns). I was looking for examples to emulate. I thought that if I couldn't find these mom bloggers, then maybe I should start writing my own. I've only found a few but looking for more!
Susan I love your blog! I'm a scientist and I can't wait until my little one is a little older so I can start doing fun home experiments with her.
My kids are (almost) 7 (yes twins) and they have had so much fun. I don't think they even realize they have been learning!
I started my blog as a creative outlet. I love reading blogs and thought it would be fun to do my own as well.
I started mine because I was going through a phase where I didn't know myself anymore. So in January of 2016, I decided that I was going to blog about my self-reflection/self-awareness journey. Basically, I would blog about different things that I've noticed I loved like yoga, reading, writing, things like that, I would blog about just helpful things to get people, mostly myself to see the type of person I am and want to be. I would blog until the end of the year, and see how I felt by then. So far I'm really finding myself and I'm learning to love who I am. There are tips on my blog, and different things that maybe a 20 something or 30 something person might love to read and find helpful.
I started my blog because I found that I was experiencing so many things as a new mom and I wanted to share those experiences and here stories of how other mommies could relate. It was a way to ease my mind when I often times wondered, "Do other parents really go through this?"
