I use Wordpress for my blog but I have found that when I go to follow people many more on on the Blogger format. Is there a reason more of you choose Blogger? I have found Wordpress to be very easy to use but it seems that it is easier to get followers if you use Blogger. I also think that it is easier to make money using Blogger because they have the Adsense program. Is this why more people choose Blogger?
Also, I have noticed when reading blogs to follow that many are not really blogs but look more like commercials with review after review. I am assuming that these bloggers are writing reviews because they are paid to do so. But you know what they say about assuming? So would that be a correct assumption? If so, how do these blogger get followers? I can't imagine that someone would want to read reviews all the time.
I suppose I am like every other blogger who want tons and tons of followers however, I want followers who are actually interested in the information I post. I want readers rather than followers. Is there a way that I could find people who are interested in living frugally, saving money, and couponing since those are my main topics?
Thanks for any insight you may have to offer.

Not to be rude but there is no comparison. Wordpress is amazing!
I had a blogger blog- it's user friendly but so is Wordpress it's just a little different but ANYONE can use it.
It's just the best platform around period. There is a reason why almost all professional bloggers use it- it's the best.
You can add a ton of plugins and do so much more with a Wordpress site. Plus the SEO is amazing as they hav a ton of tools to help you. Wordpress is the way to go for sure.
Ii think blogger has the follow blog feature that will help in gaining followers, wordpress not so much but the best thing about wordpress is that you can extend it to have shopping carts and you have more say in the design of your site.
Both would do well but it depends on what you want to do.
I think a lot more people are on Blogger just because it is one of the first platforms people use. I know I started out on Blogger and it took me a while to even think about or look into Wordpress. It was not until I started as a blog designer that I made the big switch. I think Wordpress is great for Bloggers who are more geared towards business/monetization. I still have my personal blog on Blogger...I don't know when and if I will change that:)
