I spend time off and on all day on my personal FB page but for my business pages I make no less than 4 posts per day. I have one in the morning to say hello, one about lunch time seeing how everyone's day is going, one mid afternoon talking about plans and letting followers know what all is going on and the one at night before bed telling everyone goodnight and what to expect the next day.

Now that I have started a blog, I spend a great deal of my free time (more than before) on social media.  So I would say probably about 3 -4 hours a day.

When I am waiting in line at the store, I'm on FB.  Waiting for school to let out, I'm twitter.  Add in posts from my blog. I am easily on social medial 1-3 hours a day.  Imagine if we spent that much time towards studying…

Ugh I don't even want to know! If I had to put a number on it, I'd say 3-4 hours.  Some days I love being on and talking to others and other days I just don't want to!

Hard to say. It differs every day. I really try to limit my time on Facebook. I don't want my boys to think I'm always on my phone when they are around.

I constantly check in and out of my social media.  I'd say really working is about 4 hours but the pages are always up so browsing would be much more.

I spend probably up to 7 hours a day on my social media. It's spread out through my day.

I check social media all the time! I check my analytics every few days.

I used to spend practically the entire day jumping back and forth between FB, Twitter, and Instagram. However my smartphone contracted a virus, so i have to use my daughter's laptop for the six hours she's in school and I spend that time sharing informative articles with my followers/friends. Then I take a break and get back on in the evening after 9pm when my daughter is asleep for the evening and I'm on FB for about an hour before heading to Hufffington Post to read some good articles,
