Tween Mama Drama

A place for moms with tweens and teen daughters to vent, rant and share. It wasn't so long ago that we were all this age, but things certainly have changed haven't they? Let's talk about it.

Glad to have found this group. Getting ready to read some blogs. I am in the midst of the tweens right now with two of my kids. Challenging! I have started a new blog and plan to discuss some of this there. Check it out

This is the perfect group for me, I have two daughters, 8 and 12 (going on 9 and 19 - oops I mean 13). I'm a stay at home mom who is lucky to have any hair left at the end of the day! Did I mention that it is the Middle School Halloween Dance Tomorrow Night, ohh yeah, The school is taking a trip into NY City Saturday (We are from North East Massachusetts), Bus is leaving at 5:45am! The Drama doesn't stop!

Anyway: If anyone in this group has a younger Tween, I am doing a givaway for the Harumika Starter Set - It's my 8 year olds favorite toy right now!

Thank and Can't wait to visit your Blogs! My Blog "Surviving My Tween Girls" at

I'm new and boy can I use this group! My 12-year-old is stretching me in ways I didn't think possible. Blogging has been great therapy! And I sure can use some moms who "get it" to help bring me back from the brink of insanity now and then.
Today, in fact, I have a blog post about one of my latest tween daughter trials! ;0) You can visit my blog "Coming Clean: Confessions of an Imperfect Parent" at
Looking forward to getting to know you all better!

Hi Everyone. I have an eight year old that seems to be going on 12. I had to buy her first training bra today. She is growing up so fast I am not ready for this at all.

Hi all. I have a 10 year old daughter and the daily drama between her and her "friends" is wearing me out. I remember all of this but I dont remember it happening at this age. Anyone have any ideas how to make it through the next couple of years?
