YAY! More veggie moms and kiddos! :) I've been a vegetarian my whole life (my parents were vegetarians when I was born) and I am now married to a meat eating husband who eats veggie most of the time..cause I do the cooking! :D

Hi again! Here's my second post I said was coming. I have fallen in love with this chia seed because of the protein, fiber, omega-3's, phytonutrients and so much more in it. I simply add a scoop to my juices and smoothies or sprinkle it over salads or anything else I eat. I have a Mila contest going on until Feb. 28 -- an opportunity to win a bag of Mila that will last for about a month. I hope you'll enter. Smiles...
