My name is Adfa Ayla, I am the author and writer behind the blog: Mommy&Bobby. I am a mother to a beautiful little girl named Bobby-Lee who will be celebrating her first birthday on the 07 November 2017. I am a writer by day, a blogger and yogi by night and a Christian, hippie and earth child always!

This blog is used as a tool for me to capture and document our journey together in a fun way. Most parents only speak about the ‘happy’ things about pregnancy and parenthood. I am not ashamed or embarrassed to share my story about raising a beautiful baby girl as a single mother. I wanted a place where I was able to document the good and the hard parts of my journey – starting from the day I found out about my pregnancy.

So welcome to this online journal where I share stories and experiences about the hardships and joys of being a single parent and about learning to live life with a grateful heart (even if things seem blurry).
