Physical activity is an easy way to track success.  The mental/emotional battles may be harder.  BUT I came across this story I wrote a handful of years ago, and two worlds collided!  The physical with the emotional!  I can do this!!

So I slacked this week.  Slacked in a easy way to fix, but these was a lesson to be learned in it!  Rather learn my lesson here then in something bigger!

I wrote this with a specific time/location in mind.  A specific time in my life when I literally participated in group translation.  HOWEVER looking at a bigger picture isn't that just a example of life?  We look towards others examples to get an idea of an outcome.  We look towards other, or better Upwards to find guidance and explain situations in a way we understand.
