More For Mom- Living Your Whole and Holy Life Book Review

I was recently able to review a book written by Kristin Funston about living a holy life as a mother.Let's face it, motherhood doesn't always come naturally to every mom and there are times that we struggle and there are times when we thrive. It's in those struggling moments when we wonder if we're doing everything that we can to be the best moms that we can be.While we're trying to find the answers on how to become better moms, we don't always focus on our holy lives, let alone being an example…See More

Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I'm a stay at home mom to 9, 7, and 5 year old children. The oldest and youngest are boys and their sensitive sister is in the middle. My kids help inspire me by asking me to make them up stories and they are so creative that they must be my kids. I wouldn't say that I'm a lax mom, but I'm not strict either. I'm somewhere in the middle.
What are three things moms should know about your blog?
I like to blog about parenting.
I blog about having kids with ADHD.
I also like to write song parodies for my kids.
What is your blogging philosophy?
My blog is about the different things that I've encountered or have wondered about. If I find recipes, I'll put a group of them together for a post about recommendations. If I'm thinking about something pertaining to my faith, I post it. If my family is going through something, I post it. It's been a little more formal, but I've been revamping my blog and I'm excited for what it's becoming.
I have been blogging since...

My oldest son has ADHD and teaching him to read was a HUGE struggle. One day, I came across the Word Wall and decided to try it out. It was the ONLY way I was able to get my son to try without him throwing a fit first.

To learn what it is and how to create and use the Word wall, follow this link. An Easy Way to Help Your Child Learn to Read
