Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I'm originally from upstate New York, and in August 2009, I married an amazing man from San Diego, California! Now, I live in Norfolk, VA with my husband and little girl, Gemma. She's a crazy, smart, adorable little toddler and she keeps me on my toes 24/7! :)
I'm a stay-at-home, work-from-home mama and I love it! (tutor and nanny). I'm fluent in Spanish, and speak a smattering of French, Italian, and Swahili. I can also tutor Latin and Greek. I am currently starting a photography business and am very excited about it!
I'm Catholic, prefer home remedies over modern medicine, and also tend towards the simplest, easiest mothering solutions over complicated theories and methods.
I love, love, love cooking - I will cook all day if you let me! I'm a musician - voice, flute, piccolo, and a little piano. I'm not a gym buff, but enjoy long walks, yoga, and home fitness. I enjoy reading, movies, and of course, blogging.
Basically, I love my life and continue to get so much joy out of being a wife and mama!
