Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a stay-at-home Mom and a licensed mental health therapist (LPCC). I have two kiddos, a three-year-old daughter who is precocious, bright, fun, and quite a challenge (since birth), and a one-and-a-half-year-old son who is becoming more opinionated by the day but is also a little bundle of joy and laughter. I always thought I would love being a stay-at-home Mom, and to put it bluntly, I haven't. But I am working daily to notice the good, to appreciate the quality time with my kiddos, and to be the best Mom I can be.
What are three things moms should know about your blog?
1 - It's real life, mama, and it ain't easy. This blog is honest, candid, and real. No topic is taboo. This is blog is for the everymom who wants to read about topics that help them feel heard, connected and supported.
2 - The blog looks beyond motherhood to marriage, relationships, friendship, travel, and lifestyle. Real life has many sides and so does this blog.
3 - My main goal is to tell it like it is while always supporting my writing with evidence, research, therapy experiences, and science. My blog posts are part opinion and part therapy.
