Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I’m Colyn, a 40-something Navy wife of 24 years, mother of four girls, and grandmother of yet another girl. (It’s a good thing, since I would have no idea what to do with a boy.) When I’m not parenting, grand-parenting, herding my three dogs and four cats, fulfilling my destiny of being “dance mom extraordinaire”, being the wind beneath my husband’s wings, cleaning my house or hanging out at Costco, I love to knit, spin, and talk about knitting and spinning.

I started this blog to share my experience in having a baby just before my 1st son was about to turn 18 years old, as well as what life is like as a married mom after being single for so many years. I also blog about Christianity, baby and child stages, homeschooling, ADHD, Autism, Blog Marketing, etc. I share a lot on that blog during the non-summer seasons.
