On the upside I can appreciate that we just closed on a new house (my first home) which is beautiful and perfectly accommodating for our lifestyle. What I would have done differently was keep better track of our funds while purchasing items needed for our house. While moving it was difficult as we were without phone and internet service which I depend on for checking daily account balances.
