Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I am the mom of 3 young children - twin boys who are 8 and a daughter who is 5. I am also a registered dietitian who became inspired (and enlightened!) to make healthy eating fun. I'm a long time advocate for the prevention of childhood obesity, and want to help all parents keep their kids on track to healthy habits, healthy bodies and healthy lives.
