Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I'm a mom of three who works part-time outside the home. I am very new to the blogging world but am very excited to see and learn from those who've gone before me. The sense of community is mind-blowing! It is my hope that The Little Tourist will continue to encourage parents to get active with their children, whether inside the house or outside, as they see me model these same steps with my family.
What is your blogging philosophy?
Being Moms, blogging should enhance the quality of your family life, not diminish it. Let go of the anxiety, comparison, and worry daily. This will make you a happier and more "present" mommy.
I have been blogging since...

Our "Don't Be Hungry" box is a wonderful way for children to take part in sharing with others with those who are hungry and homeless.

"... and a little child shall lead the way."

One day, the kids and I were running errands when we came to a stop light where a hungry and homeless man was standing and asking for change. Before I could catch…

5 Reasons to Have a Tea Party With Your Daughter

Illy will throw parties for her brothers or bring me little cups of "tea" and "soup" (lukewarm water) while I'm working. She's even gotten the whole family to sit on the floor in the living room for a tea…

Okay. I thought maybe there was a Friend or Invite button or something. I do see a thing where it says Friends - Invite, but that may not be for people already in Mom Bloggers.
