Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I live in Chicago with my husband and toddler. We have another baby on the way. I have been a passionate writer since childhood. I was an English major at the University Notre Dame where I also edited and wrote for the school newspaper. I earned my MA from Northeastern Illinois University. Family Travel SNAFU

Below is an excerpt from an email to my friends Sheila and Tricia (sisters and moms of two) last summer after my son and I experienced our first flight together or travel SNAFU without Daddy’s help.
