Another Day

Today I get to do what I love best ... Travel! I have been given the opportunity to fly to another part of the world and experience life in a new and different way. I have been given another day.

Barry Allen Baldwin isn't as lucky. His days have ended, cut short by the evil monster called cancer. Barry was a year younger then I and the father to two young sons. His wife of 15 years will now need to learn to live another day…

My Journey Through Cancer ...

Last year I began a journey, one that I never would have choosen for myself or for anyone else. On August 11th I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I knew very little of the disease, its cause or the journey that lie before me. Over the next several months my days were filled with doctors visits, tests, radiation, chemotheraphy and eventually surgery. Although treatment took several months I was able to enter the recovery phase by the 1st of January.
