- I'm Personal Development coach, writer, and motivational speaker with a passion to empower, inspire, and motivate creative women and mompreneurs to achieve their goals while taking better care of their mental and emotional health. My inspirational articles have been featured on websites such as The Peace Journal, She Owns It and She Is Fierce.
I'm also the creator of The Forgiveness Strategy workshop: a positive, healing, and interactive conversation where women feel safe to share their forgiveness journey, or lack of while connecting with other women and seeking a resolution to their forgiveness issues.
In addition, I enjoy volunteering at my local domestic violence shelter, assisting clients with polishing their resume and honing their job interview skills. My favorite titles are wife, and mom to three amazing young adults.
