I will look on the books for you, but I find the most updated information on the web:) As for the Xocai products being gluten free, I know that most of our products are... I will have a more definite answer for you soon, because we have a patient who enjoys the products and is also on a gluten-free diet...Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day:)
