Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a mother to two beautiful girls. I experienced Postpartum Psychosis after the birth of each of my daughters. I also suffered severe Postpartum Depression and now live daily with a diagnosis of Bipolar 1 Disorder.
What are three things moms should know about your blog?
1) My blog is a raw and honest portrayal of my experience with Postpartum Psychosis, Postpartum Depression and Bipolar 1 Disorder.
2) My hope is that my blog will help other woman feel less alone in their own struggles with Mental Illness.
3) I discuss my recovery and the things I did and continue to do daily to maintain my Mental Health.
What is your blogging philosophy?

I have been blogging since...
