Maybe it was sheer bravado, maybe it was the fact that I collaborated with a fellow blogger last week whose blog is all about DIY and Pinterest inspiration, but when 36 Year Old had to go away for one day on the weekend I was about to blow 3 Year Old’s mind with a series of well-intentioned yet poorly executed crafts, a house specialty.

About a Happy Scar

Meet my new scar. I’ve had it for less than a year, the result of a fall that occurred in January. Pulling closer my hand is my 3 month old. He was conceived last December. It feels to me like the scar and the baby were some sort of a strange package deal. This post discusses a struggle with fertility, a miscarriage and yes, you guessed it, a scar but it’s about a baby.
