- In June 2011 I said goodbye to my corporate life in order to be a Stay at Home Mom. It was the best decision I have ever made.
That being said, being a Stay at Home Wife and Mother is a job no matter what some might say. It is the hardest most trying job I have ever had but in the same breath it is the most fulfilling, rewarding thing I have ever done.
I am mother of 2 beautiful children Nicholas and Giada.
Because of allergies I am gluten free and my daughter is gluten and dairy free. I love to cook and being relatively new to Gluten Free (since July 2010) and Dairy Free (since Feb 2013) I'm still experimenting what works and what my family will enjoy.
