Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I'm a first time mommy-to-be with a little boy, Ethan, due on July 7th. I live in (way too) sunny South Florida with my husband and our four cats. (I'm admittedly a huge crazy cat lady.) I plan on becoming a stay-at-home mommy but worked for a few years prior to my pregnancy at a large 24-hour emergency and specialty animal hospital. I have an AA degree in creative writing and then continued on to a local art school to study photography. I began dating my husband when we were 15 (me) and 16 (him) years old and we were married in May 2009. We're both super excited about meeting our little boy! My husband has Celiac disease which means I maintain a gluten-free household, but I still love cooking and baking so much -- even if it means altering recipes! I also love reading, watching movies, learning new things and spending time with my family who live less than 10 minutes from us.

I have been blogging since...: I've been blogging privately on a personal LiveJournal since I was 13 years old (1999). I began my public blog in October of 2010 when I first found out I was expecting.
