Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I'm a homeschooling mother of five, including a special-needs four-year-old (my only boy). I'm also a children's book author. I wrote the Martha and Charlotte books about the ancestors of Laura Ingalls Wilder.

I used to be a paid blogger on education and special-needs children at The Lilting House for ClubMom. Now I'm back to a more mellow kind of blogging at Here in the Bonny Glen, where I've been writing about children's books, family, and education since January 1995.

I run a collaborative how-to blog about blogging called Moms Who Blog.

Also a side trip across the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco. I loved Spain and I'm told Barcelona is even more beautiful than Madrid. Your pictures certainly bear that out. I'm so glad you and Scott went and had such a wonderful time.
