Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I'm the mother to an amazing 20 month old baby girl who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at just one month old. I started writing to help me cope with the challenges of the diagnosis and have fallen in love with sharing her story, raising awareness for the disease, and just sharing more about life as a mother.
What is your blogging philosophy?
Be honest. People can feel what you write and will know if it doesn't come from a real, passionate place.

5 Things You Might Not Know About CF

Posted on October 6, 2015 at 10:09am 0 Comments

I wish that I always knew what to do,

but each day I will try,

to learn how to cope with the fears,

so you never have to see me cry.

I wish that I could be supermom,

but some…

TRUST YOURSELF, MAMA

Posted on September 15, 2015 at 3:45pm 0 Comments

Throughout Sasha's recent hospital stay there were definitely some new challenges and some heartbreak. Between having the ng tube inserted multiple times, a gastric enema done, blood work pics, projectile vomiting, too many x-rays, and countless hours of medications, it was absolutely traumatic at times, both for Sasha and myself. I do not think I can full explain the devastation I felt during these past couple weeks. Having to hold my baby girl down as tubes were put into her tiny body,…
